Patrick has been a been a key contributor to the Contec team for 23 years holding positions of increasing responsibility in the Sales and Finance organizations to his current role as Vice President. As Vice President, Patrick plays a pivotal role in shaping the company strategic direction while ensuring operational success.

A data analyst at his core, Patrick has demonstrated success in combining Finance, Sales, and Operations analysis with project management skills to drive cost reduction and revenue enhancement. His proven ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives has ensured team focus on fact-based and quantifiable goals.

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has completed a Professional Certificate Program in Finance from Columbia University. 

Rajeev Tiwari has over 20 years of experience in the media and telecommunications industry and has held a range of technical and management roles in Research and Development. Prior to joining Contec in 2015 as Vice President R&D Engineering, Rajeev served as Senior Engineering Technology Leader at Technicolor Inc., where he was instrumental in the successful turnaround of the engineering teams.

Rajeev holds a Masters in Data Science from WGU University in Salt Lake City, Utah, Bachelor’s in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) University in MP India, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Delhi in New Delhi.

Ritch Kielb is responsible for Sales for Contec Corporation and brings to his position tremendous experience with Contec having directed and coordinated the sales and marketing strategies of the organization over many years. Ritch joined Contec in 1991, and became a Senior Vice president of Contec Corporation in June of 2002. Prior to his promotion to Senior Vice-President, Ritch served as Contec's Northeast District Sales Manager, Director of Sales, National Sales Director and Vice President of Sales.

Ritch has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Marketing from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, and brings extensive marketing and sales experience throughout the cable TV industry to Contec's executive management team.

Brett is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of progressive experience in the cable industry, having made significant contributions to customer success throughout his career. His journey began with esteemed organizations such as Showtime, HBO, and Time Warner Cable, where he gained invaluable insights into customer needs and industry dynamics.
Joining Contec seven years ago as a Program Manager, Brett demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, quickly ascending to the role of Senior Director of Customer Success. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in driving a culture of constant improvement, customer engagement, and growth within the organization.
Drawing on his extensive experience and expertise, Brett has implemented innovative initiatives that have optimized customer journeys and elevated satisfaction levels. Under his leadership, Contec has witnessed remarkable advancements in customer success metrics, cementing its reputation as a leader in the industry.
As Senior Director of Customer Success, Brett continues to drive transformational change, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to deliver unparalleled value to customers.

Raúl is responsible for Operations in our Hub at Brownsville TX and the coordination with our Repair supplier located in Matamoros MX. Raúl has been with Contec since 1990 and has vast experience in the manufacturing and repair operations of products for the Cable TV industry. During his early years, Raúl had various roles including Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Manager and Repair Operations Manager at the Matamoros site prior to the acquisition by Contec while it was a General Instruments, Next Level and Motorola company. In 2014 he was promoted to General Manager of Matamoros overseeing all operations.

Raúl has an Industrial and Electronic Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Matamoros and is an experienced senior manager of the Maquiladora Industry.

With 29 years of experience in the Company, Eric has a proven track record of successfully managing and improving Operations as well as supporting quality initiatives. He leverages his leadership and teamwork skills to ensure that objectives are met. Eric began working for Contec in 1990 as a Certified Electronic Repair Technician. He has since progressed through the Company in roles such as leading and managing the technical support teams for 13 years and in 2011 taking on the role of Operations Manager, where he was responsible for supporting and improving operations in all U.S. sites. Eric’s contributions to Contec have been an integral part of the development of the Company for nearly 3 decades.

Anita is a multi-faceted professional with 10+ years in Human Resources and Payroll. She is known for her proactive approach to problem-solving and her ability to foster positive relationships between employees and management. With a passion for creating inclusive and productive work environments, Anita is committed to driving organizational success through effective HR practices. Anita has been SHRM-CP certified since 2017. Before her transition to Human Resources, Anita was an integral part of our administrative support staff in numerous departments, she started with Contec in 1999.
