Engineering Services Technician - 3rd Shift
Swedesboro, NJ
Support internal and external customers in the cable/Telco area by providing onsite technical support and implementing immediate repairs while displaying exceptional professionalism, outstanding communications skills with top-notch customer service. Troubleshoot and support automated test stations, resolve customer issues related to set top testing, handle all levels of product troubleshooting which may require working within a test bench evaluating cabling, hardware and/or computer systems. Identify, track, document and communicate service related issues and outcome. Experience in electronics troubleshooting/repair preferred and familiarity with Telco industry including set top box theory, DOCSIS, modems, VOIP, headend both DAC and DCNS is a plus. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. as well as internet and LAN technology knowledge. 2-year degree preferably in Electronics Technician/Technologist or related discipline, certification in a technology field, or equivalent combination of formal training and work experience is required.
Receiving Supervisor
Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities include training staff on equipment, safety, quality and productivity goals; scheduling, assigning and supervising staff to receive inbound shipments from vendors/clients and accurately record into the DeepBlu (WMS) inventory system; controls inventory levels in the receiving dock areas, manages and maintains accurate inventory, conducts physical counts and reconciles out-of-balance inventories; works closely with Warehouse and Inventory Supervisors to identify ongoing data entry and inventory management issues to improve inventory accuracy; works on improvements to increase productivity; and effectively communicates with clients, vendors and staff in a professional manner. Minimum 5+ years of warehouse or equivalent experience required.
Shipping Supervisor, 1st Shift
Charlotte, NC
The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the work flow by ensuring the process steps and control points, such as quality and accuracy checks, are followed by shipping personnel. The Shipping Supervisor will train, oversee and direct shipping personnel utilizing established policies and procedures, assuring compliancy is met; plan for and ensure needed staffing and resources; implement cost savings measures; maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel; while always ensuring quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met. Minimum 5+ years of warehouse or equivalent supervisory experience required.
